Registration and App Use

1.1 Service Providers Registration:
Service providers can register on our app to offer their services to clients. They can register as many services as they wish, without limitations.

1.2 Clients Registration:
Clients can use the app to search for and hire services offered by registered service providers. The app usage is free for clients.

App Functionality

2.1 Service Search and Hiring:
Clients can search for specific services and view details such as pricing types offered by service providers. After choosing a service, clients can place an order which will be sent to the provider for approval.

2.2 Order Approval:
Service providers receive orders from clients and have the option to approve or decline the requested service. Upon approval, providers can directly contact the client to arrange additional service details.

Order Management and Communication

3.1 Order Status Management:
The app manages all order statuses, allowing clients to track service progress, agreed prices, and real-time delivery deadlines.

3.2 Direct Communication:
After order approval, both providers and clients can communicate directly via chat or call, facilitating coordination and execution of the contracted service.

Fees and Payments

4.1 Service Providers Subscription Fee:
Service providers pay a fixed monthly fee of $49,68 to use all app functionalities. There are no additional fees on contracted services.

4.2 Service Boost Payment:
Service providers can boost their services for increased visibility. Boosted services appear at the top of app searches, recommended to potential clients, and promoted on new social media. The boosting period lasts for 30 consecutive days and is valid for only 1 service. After the period expires, providers must re-purchase boosting if interested. Boosting costs $62,70.
